Coalition is a year-long coaching program led by MassMutual Wealth Management Conference qualifier and Top of Council advisor, Amy Jamrog, CFP®.
Our approach is unique: we help you build a vision & set quarterly goals, and we deliver top-quality content & offer unwavering support.
Our goals are simple: to increase your profitability, work/life integration, and overall happiness in the industry.
How it Works
When you join Coalition, you join one of two groups based on years of experience. Each month, the groups meet separately to tackle content, and collectively for office hours where you can receive 1:1 support in real time, when you actually need it.
Coalition Launch is for women with 1-4 years of experience.
Coalition Plus is for seasoned advisors with 5 or more years in the industry.

Coalition is made of two subgroups: Launch is for advisors with 1-4 years of experience while Plus is comprised of advisors with 5+ years of experience.
Coaching Calls
Our program starts by crafting your vision. We set quarterly goals to drive your vision forward, provide accountability, and tackle topics relevant to your business and life.
Monthly Office Hours
Need some individual support? Bring your question to office hours and let the group weigh-in for support, when you actually need it.
Members Only Website
Access to call recordings from both Launch and Plus, downloadable resources, and a Facebook group for instant networking.
