If there’s anything this career has taught me, it’s that staying relevant in our industry requires two ongoing skills: learning and teaching. To continually prove our worth to our clients, we need to constantly learn, grow, and make the time to build our practices and our teams.
I’ve been working one-on-one with clients for 25 years, and have loved making a difference for families, couples, and businesses.
Yet I've always dreamed of having a bigger impact within our industry. I wanted to build a consulting business where I could share ideas with advisors that would make their lives easier and even make work more fun.
We have brought together groups of like-minded people—regardless of company affiliation—to create generous and thoughtful communities. I’m so excited to share 25 years’ worth of language, processes, and ideas with people just like you.

Why a dragonfly?
The dragonfly has historically been a symbol of change, accomplishment, and rebirth. What makes the dragonfly so special are its four wings. Four wings give the dragonfly 20x more power than any other insect.
Dragonflies also move in all 6 directions. They can fly forward, hover like a helicopter, fly backward, move up and down, and can even fly move side-to-side.
We chose the dragonfly as our logo to remind you that it’s possible to fly in any direction you choose. Four Wings Consulting will help you do just that.
